About the position:
Do you have a technical interest and a passion for providing first-class service? Now you have the chance to become a key person in our successful team! At S-O Larsson Maskin, located in the picturesque Hössjö and with nearly 60 years of experience in the industry, we are now looking for an engaged mechanic. Here, you will be part of a family-owned business where tradition, quality, and innovation meet – and where every employee's contribution makes a difference!
About us:Since 1966, we have been a leader in the machinery industry and we proudly work with some of the most reputable brands on the market. We offer a wide range of professional machines and tools for municipalities, church administrations, associations, and contractors – primarily in maintenance, servicing, and contracting. Our range includes Wille tool carriers, Kubota green area machines and tractors, Giant compact loaders, Spider slope mowers, Walker, and also tools for the associated users of our machines. The assortment is carefully selected to meet high demands for efficiency, sustainability, and functionality in both urban and municipal environments. With our 12 employees, we offer both expertise and a warm, family-like work atmosphere. By combining the right products with solid expertise, we always strive to deliver sustainable and effective solutions that build long-term relationships.
Your role:
You will have a key position in a close-knit team, where your contribution truly makes a difference. As a mechanic with us, you are not just a cog in the machine – you are a crucial part of our delivery and customer experience. With great freedom to plan your day and close collaboration with the workshop management, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, influence, and develop. The work is varied and combines technical challenges with customer contact, where you are often the one who finds the solution when it really matters.
Main responsibilities:
Perform service, repairs, and troubleshooting on machines within the company's range.
Prepare and make new machines ready for delivery.
Work both in the workshop and on-site with customers using a well-equipped service van.
Diagnose and address issues related to hydraulics and machine-related electrical systems.
Contribute to cost-effective solutions that strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Who do we think you are?
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in machines and technology. You thrive in a varied everyday life where you can combine workshop work with customer visits and enjoy taking responsibility for finding smart solutions. You are confident in customer contact, meticulous in your work, and have the ability to step up when needed. If you also have experience with heavy vehicles, hydraulics, and machine-related electrical systems – and perhaps a BE or C driver's license – then you are exactly who we are looking for!
Why S-O Larsson Maskin?
With us, you get not just a job, but an opportunity to grow in a business that is as committed to its employees as it is to its customers. Here, we value collaboration, personal development, and having fun at work. Welcome to become a part of our family!
